This Privacy Policy explains how AgencyOS (“AgencyOS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you use the AgencyOS platform, website, and related services.

By using AgencyOS, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use AgencyOS, we may collect:

  • Name and email address

  • Account and login information

  • Profile and company information

  • Information provided when using AgencyOS

  • Content, files, media, posts, campaigns, and other information uploaded or created through the platform

  • Device and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage information

  • Information obtained from third-party services that you choose to connect to AgencyOS

2. Google User Data

AgencyOS allows users to connect certain Google services to their AgencyOS account. Google user data is accessed only when the user chooses to connect and authorize the relevant Google service.

Google User Data We Access

Depending on the Google integration and features used, AgencyOS may access:

  • Your Google account name

  • Your Google account email address

  • Google account identifiers required for authentication

  • Google Drive files and folders that you authorize AgencyOS to access

  • Google Drive file names, metadata, thumbnails, and other information necessary to display and import authorized files

  • Other Google data specifically required by a Google integration that you explicitly authorize

AgencyOS requests only the permissions necessary to provide the relevant functionality.

How AgencyOS Uses Google User Data

AgencyOS uses Google user data only for user-requested and user-facing functionality, including:

  • Signing in and authenticating your AgencyOS account through Google

  • Connecting your Google account to AgencyOS

  • Allowing authorized users to browse and select files from Google Drive

  • Importing selected Google Drive files into the AgencyOS media library or relevant AgencyOS features

  • Providing Google-integrated functionality that the user has explicitly requested

  • Maintaining, securing, and operating the Google integration

AgencyOS does not use Google user data for advertising or targeted advertising.

AgencyOS does not sell Google user data.

AgencyOS does not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the Google functionality that the user has authorized.

3. Sharing, Transfer, or Disclosure of Google User Data

AgencyOS does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties except where necessary to:

  • Provide the Google-integrated functionality requested by the user

  • Operate, maintain, and secure AgencyOS

  • Use trusted service providers that process information on our behalf and are contractually required to protect the information

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or valid governmental requests

  • Protect the security, rights, and safety of AgencyOS, our users, or others

Third-party service providers are only permitted to access information necessary to perform services for AgencyOS and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Google user data is not shared with third parties for advertising, targeted advertising, or unrelated purposes.

4. Google API Services Limited Use

AgencyOS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are directly related to the functionality for which the user has granted permission.

AgencyOS does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for personalized advertising.

5. Data Security and Protection

AgencyOS takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and Google user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

Security measures may include:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted between users and AgencyOS

  • Authentication and access-control mechanisms

  • Restricted access to user data based on business requirements

  • Secure server and database configurations

  • Access controls for authorized employees and service providers

  • Monitoring and security measures designed to detect unauthorized access

  • Regular maintenance and security updates

Access to Google user data is limited to authorized systems, personnel, and service providers that require such access to provide the requested functionality.

Although we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Retention of Google User Data

AgencyOS retains Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the functionality requested by the user, operate AgencyOS, maintain the user’s account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When Google user data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, AgencyOS will delete or securely dispose of the data within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.

When a user disconnects their Google account or revokes the permissions granted to AgencyOS, AgencyOS will no longer request or access new Google data through the revoked authorization.

Previously obtained Google data associated with the disconnected integration will be deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law or is necessary for legitimate security or operational purposes.

7. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their AgencyOS account and associated personal information, including applicable Google user data, by contacting us at:

Users may also revoke AgencyOS’s access to their Google account through their Google Account settings.

After receiving a valid deletion request, AgencyOS will process the request within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable laws and legitimate data retention requirements.

8. Other Personal Information

AgencyOS may use information provided directly by users to:

  • Create and manage AgencyOS accounts

  • Provide and improve AgencyOS services

  • Manage campaigns, content, media, tasks, and other platform functionality

  • Provide customer support

  • Communicate with users regarding their accounts and services

  • Maintain platform security and prevent fraud or misuse

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

AgencyOS does not sell users’ personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

AgencyOS may integrate with third-party services, including Google and other services selected by the user.

When a user connects a third-party service, the relevant information may be processed according to the functionality authorized by the user and the applicable third party’s privacy policy.

Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of third-party services they choose to connect to AgencyOS.
